Bin Naveed currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD).

Under this method, the customer pays the applicable order amount to the courier upon delivery, in accordance with the courier’s payment procedure.

Customers should verify the order total, including any applicable delivery charges, before confirming their order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the following estimated timeframes:

• Karachi: Within 4 days or earlier.
• Outside Karachi: Within 6 days or earlier.

These are estimated delivery periods and may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, service disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed if a significant delivery delay occurs.

Delivery charges may apply depending on the order, delivery location, and any applicable free-delivery offer. The applicable charges and conditions will be communicated or displayed before the order is finalized.

Where courier tracking is available, tracking details may be shared with the customer.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Returns and exchanges are accepted for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photographs of the affected product.

Products must remain unused and unwashed for a return claim, except where this requirement cannot reasonably apply under applicable law.

Change-of-mind returns and exchanges for preference or fit are not routinely offered. Nothing in this section limits any non-excludable rights available to consumers under applicable law.
